Steps:

  1. Log in to your hoo.be account at hoo.be/login

  2. Click Account in the left-hand sidebar

  3. Select Personal Info

  4. Find the Email section and click Change

  5. Enter your new email address

  6. or connect via Google if preferred

  7. Save your changes

 

Email Verification

After updating your email:

  1. Check your new email inbox

  2. Click the verification link sent by hoo.be

  3. Your email will be confirmed and fully updated

You’ll begin receiving notifications at your new address once verification is complete.


How to Manage Notification Preferences

Steps:

  1. Go to Account

  2. Click Notifications

  3. Toggle your notification preferences:

    • Email notifications

    • SMS notifications

  4. Save your changes
